Our MIA Series  KAIRĀKAU (Band of Experienced Warriors) are tasked with mentoring and assisting our Factions throughout our events. They have the pivitol role of providing effective leadership, communication and objective focus to our factions whilst being integral to building our premier military immersion.

We welcome our Mia Series KAIRĀKAU, all of which are Military Veterans or Current Serving Members. They have given their time and experience so you may learn and gain insight from their personal journeys, experience and knowledge. Please Respect and Embrace them as part of our Aotearoa / New Zealand Airsoft Community.

MIA Event Rules & Culture

  • Respect other Players, their Equipment, Time, and their Views.

  • Respect all MIA Staff, Mentors & Cadre. Disrespectful players will be removed from the event and possible future MIA events.

  • Always show Good Sportsmanship. Failure to do so will result in removal from the event. 

  • Negativity and Abuse both at the events and on social media will result in removal from our social media Pages and MIA events.

  • We promote a culture of healthy Kiwi banter. 

  • Follow the Flow (FTF) and enjoy. You have entered this event as part of a group faction and your enjoyment is based on that assumption. Lone Rangers will not be tolerated.  

  • Airsoft Auckland requires all players members to Respect race, ethnicity, color, nationality, gender identity, class, religion, disability, age, military status, visa status, economic status, geographic location, and language/linguistic ability. Failure to respect the above will result in a ban from all MIA Series events.
